The module Vessel Call (part of Port Management Information System) in PORTIT serves as base for the ship's agency administration.

Following routines are provided through this application:

- All data about ship's arrival and departure

- Time sheet for registering events in the port

- A number of reports like disbursements account, ship's log and several more.

- PORTIT Offer & Agreement and PORTIT Charging and Invoicing are fully integrated with the Ship's agency modul.

- PORTIT Sea Forwarding is equally integrated.
