Since a number of years InPort has supplied ports and terminals with Third Party logistic solutions, among them ports handling large volumes of paper reels where each paper reel has it’s own unique identity.

This solution gives the terminal the possibility to administrate large volumes of cargo for unlimited number of customers and their items. It can also be integrated with port customer application through electronic messages for arrival, departure, orders etc. By bar code scanning of reels advised information can be checked automatically.

Our application is now also available in a complete new version in order to offer terminal needs of handling / administration all types of goods.

The new Swedish / Finnish bar code / electronic message saw mill project ”ITL – Intelligent Timber Logistic” has been considered when developing a flexible application to administrate individuals, i.e. timber packages.

This application will give you an improved administration of information flow for all types of goods in and out the terminal and also full and efficient traceability of warehousing transactions.
