OneStopBooking allows you to order transports and services from one place and at the same place you can follow the status of the individual activities in the transport process.

OneStopBooking gives the users many advantages; it can, among others, be used via the Internet; it allows you to create booking templates; you can order transports of more than one unit at once; all transport activities can be ordered at the same time; you can order transports by different means of transport; and the system can exchange information with other information systems.

OneStopBooking is a mobile solution, as it can be used via the Internet. The requirements for communication bandwidth are low, and therefore it is possible to communicate by wireless connections.

In the everyday work there are many similar bookings, e.g. bookings with the same consignor, consignee, type of cargo, etc. In OneStopBooking you can create and use templates and copies of previous bookings and thereby avoid entering the same information more than once. A company creates and maintains its own templates, which are only available for the company’s users.

Transports of more than one unit (containers, trailers, swap bodies, etc.) can be ordered in one booking; you can e.g. order a transport of five 20’ containers and ten 40’ containers. Some of the information in a block booking applies to all units in the booking; other information can or must be indicated for each unit, e.g. id such as container mark and number as well as the depot where the unit is to be collected from or delivered to. All transport activities (pre-carriages, on-carriages and main transports) can be ordered at the same time in OneStopBooking.

When booking a transport you can also place an order with depots and terminals for arrival/departure of units and shifting from one means of transport to another. OneStopBooking allows you to order transports for different means of transport (truck, rail, vessel) and, very significantly, for a combination of the different means of transport.

You can use OneStopBooking in relation to carriers, terminals, depots and other parties in the chain of transport; both in relation to parties using InPort solutions and parties using other information systems.
