InPort DOCii provides intelligent documents via InPort Internet Interfaces.
The DOCii solution is connected via EDI to the Danish and German customs.

Customs documents
The following customs documents can be processed via InPort DOCii:

Danish customs:
· DK-IMP (Danish Import customs)
· DK-EXP (Danish E-export customs)
· DK-NCTS (Danish New Computerized Transit System)

German customs:
· B-Number (Customs handling for export via Hamburg Harbour)
· DE-NCTS (German New Computerized Transit System)

General documents:
· CMR
· Other Service (Create extra charges and gather data for Invoicing)

Special operational documents:
· TRDEHAM (Truck Station Hamburg, Preannounce System for Hamburg)

InPort DOCii can inform users via mail when a document receives an error or special message from customs.

Modules
InPort DOCii also has various modules, which are listed below with a short description.

EDI connectivity
It is possible to create bookings electronically if your existing system can send e-mail, transfer via ftp or in other ways communicate with the outside world. This is an efficient way to reuse data, which already have been typed in internal systems. The format of the data can be EDIFACT, XML, a CSV file, or any format your system can generate, as InPort DOCii can use any type of format.

Guarantee Module
InPort DOCii has a guarantee module attached to the NCTS module. When using this module, you are always aware of the guarantee account. The guarantee account is automatically increased or decreased when NCTS documents are created and closed.

Invoicing Module
InPort DOCii is also connected to the InPort Invoice solution, which makes it possible for the user to print invoices and export invoicing data to external financial data.

Custom iDoc Module
InPort DOCii allows you to offer customs service on those terminals that are connected to InPort

OneStopBooking
Customs Document Control Module
This module allows Vessel, Train and Plane Carriers to do manifest control of weight and items.

AutoAta Module
When Equipment arrive at the terminals, it is possible to automate the activation of actual time of arrival via EDI.

DOCii via Internet
All DOCii modules run in the InPort Internet Interface. This interface is build to run on any PC with an Internet connection and the newest Java engine installed.
